At Wise Ted, your satisfaction — and your baby's comfort — means everything to us. We take great care in ensuring our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.
How to change order once placed?
At Wise Ted, we begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery. We do not accept changes in orders after placement.
However, if you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, we may be able to assist with modifications to the product selection or delivery address, provided the order has not yet entered the fulfilment process.Please note that all modification requests are subject to availability and solely at the discretion of the Wise Ted team.
How can I Cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order — but please note that there is a limited time window. Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact us at

Once we receive your request, our team will verify the details and confirm the cancellation, if the order has not already been processed.
Will you refund?
At Wise Ted, we do not offer refunds.
However, if your order arrives damaged, leaked, or broken in transit, we will issue a credit note for the value of the affected item. This credit note can be redeemed only on the Wise Ted website for a future purchase.
To request a credit note, please contact our support team with clear photos of the damaged product and your order details within 48 hours of delivery.
How Long Does It Take to Receive a Credit Note?
Once your concern is reviewed and verified by our team (including photo proof of the issue), a credit note will be issued within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive the credit note via email, which can be used for future purchases on the Wise Ted website.
What about Exchange Policy?
At Wise Ted, we do not offer exchanges. Once a product is delivered according to your order, it is considered final.
However, if there is a manufacturing defect or issue with the product, we are happy to assist. Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement of the same product.
What Happens If a Product is Out of Stock?
While we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, occasional glitches may occur. If a product you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within 72 hours.
Important Notes for Raising a Dispute
To ensure a smooth resolution process, please keep the following points in mind:
- Record an Unboxing Video: Always film the unboxing process at the time of delivery.
- Report Issues Promptly: Any concerns such as missing items, damaged goods, or incorrect products must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Tampered Packaging: If the packaging appears to be tampered with, do not accept the delivery. Once the package is accepted, we will not be able to take responsibility for damaged or missing items.
